Service Terms — WorkMate AI (by Veliora)

Scope
We set up and operate an “AI Customer Machine” for your business: landing funnel, booking calendar, automations (speed-to-lead, missed-call text-back, confirmations/reminders, review nudge), basic copy and configuration for your suburbs/job types. Minor tweaks during the first month are included.

Fees
Setup A$1,997 once (includes first month). Service A$1,497/month starting 30 days after setup payment. All amounts AUD incl. GST if applicable.

Term & cancellation
Month-to-month. Cancel any time before the next billing date by email to [email protected]. Setup is non-refundable except as required by Australian Consumer Law.

Client responsibilities
Provide accurate business details, respond to leads promptly, and comply with marketing and privacy laws (including valid consent for any contact lists you provide).

Results
Outcomes vary by market and response times. We don’t guarantee a specific number of bookings or revenue.

Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to re-supplying services or paying the cost of re-supply. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Data & confidentiality
You own your data. We keep your non-public information confidential and use it only to deliver the service.

Governing law
New South Wales, Australia.

Acceptance
Payment of the setup fee or written “Agreed” acceptance confirms you’ve read and accept these terms.
